Attempting to reconnect
Scrum courses for people who want to understand the why.
Over 20 years building software and more than 100,000 enrollments in my courses on Alura. Here I brought to recorded courses what works in my live classes.
The video is in Portuguese.
Here you learn by solving problems.
The videos explain the theory with illustrations I draw by hand. Then comes the part I like most: the activities, where you put what you just saw to use.
Puzzles
The activities are inspired by investigation games. Each one is a case to solve, with clues to follow and a few traps I have seen plenty of teams fall into.
Four kinds of activity
Quiz, Word Match, Sentence Selection and Grouping. Each format works the concept from a different side, so you see the same idea from more than one angle.
Real cases
The scenarios come from teams I have worked with over these 20+ years. I changed the names, but the problems are the same ones that show up in your Sprint.
Nice to meet you, I'm Mario.
